Because of its light-weight and easy installation the tapping sleeve is extremely usefull to make flange connections on pipelines, even under pressure. The Tapping sleeves have a standard working range of 20 mm and are available from range  88 - 110 mm. up to 768 - 798 mm. Standard length available are 300, 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1000 mm. The used flanges are all according DIN2576.

Stainless steel AISI 304 (A2); M16 (metric thread according DIN267). Standard Bolts point upwards. It is also possible to point them downwards.

After welding all stainless steel parts are passivated to obtain a high corrosion resistance.

Further to the above mentioned technical specifications; products are also available in AISI 316/316L quality.
